Gail Kim debuted in the WWE winning the WWE Women's title in an over the top battle royal on June 30, 2003 on RAW. Kim would hold the title for a little more than a month before losing it to Molly Holly. Gail Kim would eventually turn heel and team up with Molly Holly. The two really became a dominant tag team, and would be a force to reckon with into the new year. An injury in November 2003 would keep Kim sidelined from wrestling until 2004. When Gail returned she racked up a few wins over WWE Women's Champion Victoria, earning herself #1 contendership for the title. However, she would never regain the championship. Gail Kim was released by WWE on November 4, 2004. Kim was later signed by TNA in 2005. Gail returned to WWE in 2009. |
