Kristal was first seen in the WWE as a finalist in the 2005 WWE Diva Search. In the contest, Kristal placed 4th. Despite the fact that Marshall did not win the contest, she was soon contacted by WWE and received a development contract. Kristal was soon seen on Smackdown as a backstage interviewer. Kristal interviewed numerous names until she eventually evolved into a more prominent wrestling role. Currently Kristal has been feuding with Ashley Massaro. The angle is that Kristal is still jealous of the fact that Ashley won the 2005 Diva Search contest. The feud is still progressing.
Before being signed by WWE, Kristal was a model and actress. Marshall also appeared in music videos for 50 cent & Mase, and was also a Barker Beauty on the game show Price is Right.
